Age: Adult
Gender: Male
Breed: DSH
Color: Black
Once upon a time, there was a tiny black kitten who was part of a litter of kittens. All the other kittens were huge in comparison. They came to the magical place called Lifelong Friends, having been on this big blue planet less than 2 weeks. At the shelter, they received nourishment from a bottle and tender loving care from a foster mommy. The kittens grew quickly, but the little black guy was still little! The other kittens opened their eyes, but not the little black baby. Soon his guardian angel knew that something was not quite right because the little black kitten still did not open his eyes. She took him to a vet. That vet told his foster mom to take him to the eye specialist. That doctor was very kind and gentle. He said the baby's eyes were developmentally delayed. It was not a big deal because the kitty can see just fine. He does have some cloudy spots on his eyes from this slow development. As the little black kitten got bigger and bigger, the spots got smaller and smaller. Today, the little black kitten is no longer little. He is a huge, handsome black cat! He is still waiting for his "happily ever after" ending.
